I smile a lot as well, but don't realize it. Lola continues to lick my feet while I am being held and I'm getting pretty used to it. I have gone outside a few times with dad and hung out in the shade. I love the swinging in the hammock. I also had my first bath, which I was not the biggest fan of. This week I went to the doctor's office and met with the nurse. Every couple hours I have been eating during the day and have slept for 6 hours at a time during the night a couple times this week. We went to church on Sunday and I got to meet some of mom and dad's friends. People have been coming to our house bringing dinner for mom and dad. We went for our first walk as a family - me, mom, dad and Lola. Dad is finishing up his last week of school and is quite excited for summer. They were so much help. Mom is still healing from her surgery so I hung out with her a lot on the couch. Uncle Steve and Aunt Kim also came out to visit. I was able to meet my Great Grandma Vanderzee as well. This week I had my first sponge bath (which I slept all the way through). Grandma and Grandpa Stebila stayed with us this week to help out. Uncle Jon came over alot to hang out as well. I had my first appointment with the doctor. The doctor says I'm doing well. I now weigh 8 pounds, 11 ounces. We will have another appointment with the nurse in 2 weeks. A few days after we got home I was able to lift my head about 6 inches off the ground during tummy time. I am also getting to know Lola. Sometimes during tummy time, she comes and snuggles up close to me.
